Excuse me, Have you Remembered to Take your Grapefruit?

If you're like me and feeling suitably guilty every year for indulging in goodies during the festive holidays and well, every other day too, you might have read that Grapefruits are very good for rapid weight lose or more likely rapid 'wait' lose.
What I've noticed though is it's a bit like having to 'take your tablet' no easier to swallow whole, slightly more tasty, but I forgot to eat it again! You're meant to take it with meals and I usually remember after the meal.
Last week I started on the gruelling trial of no coffee, no tea, no chocolate, no crisps, less of everything and the more?
More water in varieties of wet, hot, cold, cool and tantalisingly clear. Mmmmmm. I've been eating lots of fruit, bananas, apples, grapes, oranges, and ... grapefruit?
My reward is in heaven which is full of chocolate and bunnies and everything fluffy, except the chocolate!
